Looking for scientific proof?

Look no further.

If you hear yourself saying, “Oh, there are plenty of people who play my instrument or sing. God doesn’t need me,” think again.

“Soothing music can increase oxytocin levels

during bed rest after open-heart surgery.”

Oxytocin

An OXYTOCIN release into defined regions of the brain affects

emotional, cognitive, and social behaviors.

Soothing music causes this release.

Proof?

RESULTS OF CLINICAL TRIAL PUBLISHED BY

THE UNITED STATES NATIONAL LIBRARY OF MEDICINE

“In the music group, levels of oxytocin increased significantly in contrast to the control group for which the trend over time was negative i.e., decreasing values. Subjective relaxation levels increased significantly more and there were also a significant higher levels of PaO2 in the music group compared to the control group. There was no difference in mean arterial blood pressure, heart rate and SaO2 between the groups.”¹

THINK ABOUT IT!

THE PHYSICAL RELEASE OF OXYTOCIN

CAUSED A PSYCHOLOGICAL REACTION!

What can you do today to find a way to use your anointed musical gift to heal someone in need?

Take one small step forward in obedience to God’s direction.

Then the next, in faith. Your gift is valuable and needed.

You don’t have to be a professional or a star.

You simply need obedience and your talent soaked in the anointing of the Holy Spirit.

Surely, some children’s hospital, women’s abuse center, nursing home, home group, or soup kitchen will welcome you with open arms.
